Population aging is one of the most significant mega-trends of the 21st Century and is anticipated to impact cross-sector economic growth, personal income and pensions, healthcare services, and workforce shortages among many other aspects of our lives. The University of Hawaii鈥檚 Center on Aging and Japan鈥檚 Tokyo Institute of Technology in collaboration with PICHTR and KCC will present on the identification, development, and adoption of aging technologies to off-set labor shortages, improve quality care, reduce cost, and improve worker efficiencies to support the growing numbers of older adults. We invite everyone involved with improving the lives of older adults and/or interested in technology innovation to join us.
