A workshop designed to assist faculty in preparing a conference poster or display.
Among the subjects to be discussed:
- Physical poster parameters
- Composing and editing content
- Typography, including Hawaiian typography
- Use of color
- Photographs and illustrations, including charts and graphs

The workshop will also include:
- A review of various computer software for preparing conference posters
- Helpful hints on how to layout conference poster
- Considerations for the production of the final product
- Sample conference posters
