脢禄脛鈧琲na Love Cooking Demonstration Class

Join Chef Trisha "Mama T" Alari-Gonsalves as she demonstrates how to prepare delicious and healthy vegan dishes from locally-sourced ingredients. Showing aloha for the 脢禄脛聛ina by supporting local farmers, and incorporating traditional Hawaiian ingredients such as kalo and 脢禄uala, Mama T will showcase her expertise and knowledge of healthy and mouth-watering fare in this class. Recipes include: hearty 脢禄Aina Chowder, 脢禄脛鈧琲na Salad with Creamy 脢禄Olena-Ginger Dressing, and 脢禄脛鈧琲na Bites for dessert. Class cost: $15 plus a $15 supply fee payable to the instructor.
