Originally from Taiwan, I-Ling Liu is a senior member of Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company and received her BFA from Taipei National University of the Arts in 2005. She has performed with Horse Dance, Ku and Dancers, Taipei Crossover Dance Company, Neo-Classic Dance Company and in works by Trisha Brown, Lin Hwai-Min, Manfei Lo, Ku Ming-Shen, Ho Xiao-Mei, Yang Ming-Lung and Wu-Kang Chen.

Over the years Ms. Liu has taught in workshops and at schools nationally and internationally. I-Ling has also found a voice with creating and displaying her own works and performing them throughout New York City as well as collaborating with visual artists, theater actors and film directors.
