Please join the East-West Center and Gillian Hund, Co-founder of the Melbourne Women芒鈧劉s Fund, for a brown-bag talk about how her organization works to educate and empower women of all ages, interests, backgrounds, and financial means to become philanthropists in their community.
The Melbourne Women芒鈧劉s Fund is inspired by the Washington Women芒鈧劉s Foundation in Seattle, Washington, whose Collective Giving model has seeded more than 40 other such funds in the U.S., China, and Australia. The Melbourne Women芒鈧劉s Fund seeks to create a better life and future for the women and families of Melbourne by promoting philanthropy, raising awareness, investing in change, and empowering futures.
Gillian Hund is Co-founder of the Melbourne Women芒鈧劉s Fund, Grants Administration Officer at the Jack Brockhoff Foundation, and Chair of the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria Foundation. Gillian has a master芒鈧劉s degree in Social Investment and Philanthropy from Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia.
