Come join us for a free hour of yoga. Gain flexibility and strength and improve your physical balance and mental outlook. Never tried yoga before? No problem... just bring a yoga mat or towel and come join us for an hour. We are Public Health and School of Nursing students and staff who love yoga. All departments welcome. Space is limited so please contact ahead of time to reserve a spot.
